🌿 Booking Guidelines
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance, if one, is due at your appointment.
To allow your experience to flow smoothly, please arrive on time.
Appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes will be canceled and may be rescheduled if availability permits.
Each appointment includes one courtesy reschedule.
Additional reschedule requests will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
Repeated no-call/no-show appointments may result in the inability to book future services.
